Established in 1966 in Zoucheng City, the hometown of Mencius, Shandong Jinding Industrial Stock Co., Ltd. is now a specialized company in mechanical parts casting as well as the machining of finished products of high-end gray cast iron, ductile cast iron and vermicular graphite cast iron. On the 260 thousand square meters, the Company has built nearly 100 thousand square meters of factories and buildings, attracting more than 410 employees.

The casting production processes possessed by the Company now are mainly as follows: Germany AGM horizontal parting green sand molding line, Italian Savelli green sand production line, shell mold line and resin sand production line and 3D direct printing sand mold, with an annual casting capacity of 73 thousand tons.

CNC machining department and tight-type outsourced auxiliary processing factory: nearly 180 sets of high-grade, precise and advanced machining equipment are possessed by the Company, such as American Hass vertical machining center, Germany DMG double-station horizontal machining center, South Korean Doosan vertical turning center and Japanese Mazak complex turning-milling center, with an annually overall machining capacity of 25 thousand tons. As per the development target, from 2016, about RMB 30 million will be consistently invested per year, to constantly expand and match machining and casting capacities and strive to reach the 80% machining rate of basic products, i.e. realizing an annual machining capacity of more than 50 thousand tons.

Ever since establishment, Jinding has, by virtue of the uniformly strict, refined and complete management means, constantly enhanced equipment and technology applications and gained a sound quality reputation, provided a large number of qualified castings and excellent services for automobile, engineering machinery, wind power, general agricultural machine and other industries, at the same time accumulated many internationally renowned customers such as Caterpillar, GM, Ford, Vestas and Gamesa.
